Example: The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm, client requests photographers arrive at 3:00 pm during which package time will begin.
-After solidifying your date, a wedding questionnaire inquiring about the Bride and Groom’s desired captures (I.e. getting ready, detail shots {wedding dress, rings, invitations..} cake cutting, send-off, etc.) will be requested to ensure the selected package will provide enough time for the photographers to capture the most desired memories!
-Silver and Gold wedding packages will include 20% off Engagement and/or Bridal shoots.
-Gold and Platinum packages will include a FREE Engagement and/or Bridal photoshoot (terms may apply). Exclusively, these packages will also include a customized flash drive.

Engagement Shoot: $450 – 20% = $360 ($90 off)
Bridal Shoot: $425 – 20% = $340 ($85 off)
All wedding packages will include a non-refundable $500 deposit at the point of booking to lock in preferred dates. Once the preferred package has been selected, a personalized invoice will be sent to you via email with the finalized outlined cost.
Traveling costs for out-of-town *(OOT) weddings are now outlined with price packaging. This will include mileage per diem.
The General Services Administration (GSA) has issued the per diem rates and GSA mileage rates for 2024. The 2024 GSA mileage rate is .67 cents per mile.
Example: San Angelo, TX to Dallas, TX: 261mi x .67 = $174.87 x 2 (round trip) = $349.74
*OOT: Locations outside of San Angelo, Tx.
Add-Ons are additional hours, locations, family members, and/or outfits that are not included in the original package and are requested by the client. Add-on costs are in place to ensure that time is allotted to capture the number of photos needed based upon the selected package. Because it takes additional time for outfit changes, transport to multiple locations, etc. we will need to ensure there is time to capture each setting within the package timeframe.
